Thank you for shopping with Wishes Book. We are committed to delivering your order quickly and efficiently.

New Zealand Shipping

We currently offer FREE standard shipping on all physical orders within New Zealand.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • North Island: 1–3 business days

  • South Island: 2–5 business days

  • Rural addresses: Please allow an additional 1–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather events, or peak seasonal periods.

Digital Products

Digital products, including downloadable versions of the Wishes Book and online resources, are delivered electronically.

You will receive access instructions via email immediately after your purchase is completed.

No shipping charges apply to digital products.

Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

If you have not received your tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is supplied and the order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will work with the courier to investigate the issue.

While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee delivery dates once an order has been handed to the courier.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

International Shipping

Shipping outside of New Zealand is costly and slow!  We recommend you purchase our downloadables instead!  If you are happy to pay (and wait!) for shipping, we are happy to send and yes, your package will be tracked!
