What is an end-of-life planner?
An end-of-life planner is a guided document that helps you record your final wishes, including funeral preferences, personal messages, and important information for your loved ones.
Do I need a funeral plan?
While it’s not required, having a clear funeral plan makes the process much easier for your family and ensures your wishes are followed, and your family doesn't fight.
What should be included in funeral planning?
Funeral planning typically includes burial or cremation decisions, service preferences, personal messages, and key contact or financial decisions. You can also specify costs so your family don't get into debt trying to honor you.
What's the difference between a Will and Wishes?
Your will is a legal document. It's typically written in legal terms which provides little comfort to family. Don't get me wrong, this document is essential for your estate, but it provides little clarity for when they sit down with a funeral director and need to plan your funeral. Both a will and a Wishes Book is recommended, to support your family in the best possible way.

New Zealand orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. International orders may take 7–14 business days depending on your location.

Can I return a digital product?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we are unable to offer refunds once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
