Refunds & Returns (Because peace of mind matters)

We want you to feel good about your purchase — truly. If something’s not quite right, you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item should be in the same condition it arrived in — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (just as carefully kept as the memories you’re planning to record). You’ll also need your proof of purchase.

Please take a moment to check your order when it arrives. If something isn’t as it should be — whether it’s damaged, defective, or not what you expected — let us know as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to make it right.

A small note on digital products
Our digital downloads are designed to be available instantly, which means they can’t be returned. Because of this, we’re unable to offer refunds on digital items.
